Welcome to The God Box! We are dedicated to spreading the word of Jesus through everyday items collected in a box with kids' favorite colors. Our shipping methods easy for the kids to pack and send through Australia Post, ensuring that your items reach you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Here at The God Box, we strive to make the process transparent and reliable but please understand that this is a family run Childrens ministry by children thanks for your understanding.

Depending on the number of items the delivery fee is set as $9.99 for one item and increases with how many items purchased.

FREE SHIPPING ON $150 spend and above.

Return & Exchange Policy

As a christian business we will always give the best customer service possible and happy to hear case by case but please choose carefully as we do not do refunds or give credit.

Refunds: Due to being a family business without staff we do not provide refunds. All items are from a third party and we take no responsibility for their quality although try our best to obtain suitable quality for its purpose.

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange depending on circumstances but shipping and returns will need to be cover by the buyer.

If anything has been damaged via Australia Post during transit you will have to make a claim with them.

GOD BOXES
Exchanges: If one of the products have arrived broken EG pen is not working. We are happy to put it into your next box for free. If you are are happy with a certain colour of one of the products again we are happy to provide one for free on your next order. 1 exchange/free item per box and must be attached to a future order and not sent out solo.

CLOTHING ITEMS
Again we are unable to refund, but happy to exchange sizes. Shipping and returns at the cost of the buyer. Please hit the chat button to enquire for exact sizing comparision if worried.
